As an intern with SCADpro, the university’s boutique creative consultancy, you will research and implement best practices in case study development and strategic storytelling. Through your collaboration with the SCADpro team, you will change how the program showcases its more than 800 brand collaborations and create reusable case study templates that can be consistently applied across different project types and content levels. You will focus on crafting engaging narratives that convey students’ creative processes and highlight brand value to attract new partnerships. Responsibilities include the establishment of content capture protocols to document projects in real-time for future case studies and the transformation of existing project documentation into strategic formats that explain processes and value.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills to promote effective teamwork and gather information from various sources. They are adaptable and capable of handling changing project needs in a fast-paced environment. The candidate can craft compelling narratives that simplify complex creative processes into clear, persuasive stories. They also research best practices and evaluate content needs across different project types.

Minimum qualifications:  

·      Proficient in design software and template creation for presentation materials and marketing collateral

·      Precision in template design and content development to ensure consistent brand presentation

·      Experience managing multiple projects and establishing systematic documentation processes

Work hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
