Your responsibilities will include the management of the Employee Assistance Program, wellness program, and the Healthy by Design inbox. Additionally, you will support the wellness nutritionist with all projects, challenges, and initiatives. Other duties involve efficiently handling benefit inquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with the Affordable Care Act, and managing ancillary health plans. You will also work with department leaders to interpret the implications of FMLA and ADA related to absences and disabilities and collaborate with employee performance and success managers on accommodations.

Additionally, you will help with Form 5500 preparation, support the ADA interactive dialogue between employees and the senior director, and monitor the risk management inbox.

In this role, you will collaborate with brokers and carriers to ensure the workers' compensation program runs smoothly, considering program deductibles to prevent losses. Responsibilities include tracking bonds and outreach to stakeholders, managing BTA policy claims with the carrier, and overseeing motor vehicle report workflows and the authorized driver’s list. Additionally, you will support the senior director by distributing insurance cards for auto fleets, handle all program payments for processing, and offer customer support to all stakeholders.
