As a project manager, you will work closely with communications directors on assigned campaigns and initiatives to develop physical and digital deliverables on time and within budget, keeping them informed and involved. You will also collaborate with editorial services, creative services, and print production to complete deliverables. You will open new projects in ClickUp, providing clear and accurate information to all assigned team members. You will update jobs as needed to preserve project integrity and data. Additionally, you will organize project and reference materials within the project management software to enable team members access.

In this role, you will lead internal meetings for new and recurring campaigns and initiatives. You will contribute to the maintenance of consistent messaging across communications platforms. You will establish and maintain positive working relationships with various departments, including visual media, interactive services, events, marketing, and public relations. Using exemplary writing and communication skills, you will articulate key points to the team relevant to the goals of clients and the university.

Minimum Qualifications:      

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least three years of progressive experience in integrated marketing or communications roles (i.e., project management, event management, advertising, interactive, and social media)
  • Proficiency in project management or creative traffic management software
  • Project management software experience

Preferred Qualifications:      

  • Experience in a creative agency or event management 

Certificates, licenses, and registrations:  

  • Valid driver’s license  

Travel Required:  

  •  Less than 10%

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
