As an account lead for SCADpro, the university’s innovation design studio, you will help generate business solutions for the world's most influential brands. You will focus on business development, account management, and the creation and production of select presentations and digital and print collateral. You will also develop, plan, and manage critical partnerships for SCADpro across all SCAD academic programs. Among other duties, you will provide logistical support to internal and external stakeholders and develop, coordinate, and deliver professional presentations. Additionally, you will coordinate and host meetings and tours for internal and external partners.

In this position, you will oversee the implementation of SCADpro initiatives and track results. You will coordinate and manage the student work-study program, as well as SCAD communications, to create and produce print and digital collateral. Responsibilities include the facilitation of training events that provide students and professors with resources to teach and communicate SCADpro expectations and processes for successful partnerships.

The ideal candidate is results-oriented, focused, and assertive, with strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. They are also a creative and adaptive problem-solver. The candidate demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a keen attention to detail. They are committed to the student learning experience, as evidenced by their customer service skills.

Minimum qualifications: 
• Bachelor's degree
• At least three years of experience in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering professional presentations
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and in student mentorship

Travel required:
• Less than 10%

Work hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
