Responsibilities include the completion of onboarding paperwork for new employees, including workstation setup and meeting coordination for the first two weeks of employment; the approval of ecommerce purchases, travel requests, and reimbursements on behalf of the SVP for direct reports; and the coordination of quarterly staff meetings and staff appreciation events. You will also handle all incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage direct reports' time-off requests and approvals on the SVP's behalf. Among other duties, you will inform the SVP of the status of all projects while traveling, ensuring they progress while they are out of the office.
