The SCAD assistant women's lacrosse coach will collaborate with the lacrosse head coach on all aspects of the program, including recruiting, scouting, promotions, statistics, coaching, practice planning, game preparations, academic support, fundraising, team management, and day-to-day office work. As assistant coach, you will help to improve player skills, team strategy, and each player's lacrosse knowledge. You will accompany the team to all games, events, and activities, encouraging excellence on the field and in the classroom for all team members.
The ideal candidate has collegiate lacrosse playing experience; previous coaching and recruiting experience is preferred. A valid driver's license is required; the coach will be required to drive a 15-passenger van to game sites two to three times a season.

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
