As an auxiliary technology specialist, you will review submitted images for SCAD Cards in the photo portal and save approved changes in Atrium. You will manage event reader requests, maintain reader hardware, and run reports. On behalf of the Atlanta card office, you will respond to emailed questions about meal plans, Mobile SCAD Card issues, and parking. You will also process emotional support animal (ESA) accommodations and provide ESA ID cards, document and process approved meal plan changes for students and staff, and produce alumni SCAD Cards for pickup or mailing.

In this role, you will support parking registration for students, faculty, staff, and contractors in the C-Park system. You will be primarily responsible for the department phone line and will provide back-up for the sale of Marta passes as needed. Responsibilities include coordination with HR on new hires, the production of physical cards via Atrium and Fargo Connect, and the preparation of student materials for welcome week and orientation.

Minimum qualifications:  

  • High school diploma
  • At least three years of experience in customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills

Travel required:

  • Less than 10%

Work hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
