The SCAD office for career and alumni success launches the creative careers of SCAD students and alumni through career coaching, workshops and resources, industry recruitment visits and events, and alumni engagement. As a full-time career and alumni success content manager, you will create, implement, and manage all digital, print, and social media communication, developing marketing and communication strategies with the CAS executive director, team leads, advisers, and communications staff.

 

The ideal candidate has extensive experience creating social media content and managing multiple social media accounts, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, presentation software, and other content management systems. The candidate should have excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, writing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Three to five years of experience in a related field
  • Background in writing, marketing, publishing, social media management, project management, or design
  • Self-starter with a high attention to detail

Certificates, licenses, and registrations: Valid driver's license

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
