The coordinator of career and alumni success (CAS) supports the management and organization of a high-volume office and assists the director with administrative responsibilities. This person works to maintain consistency and efficiency within the office and helps all career and alumni success staff as requested or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent customer service, computer and organizational skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to help create a positive environment in a busy office
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time independently
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce or other CRM database
  • Symplicity
  • Previous experience in a professional office
  • Previous experience administering software systems

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
