As the coordinator, you will be responsible for investigating complaints and reports regarding potential student conduct policy violations, adjudicating low-level cases for off-campus and on-campus students who violate lesser college policies as listed in the student handbook or other college policies, and consulting with the office of community standards leaders to determine sanctions for students found responsible for violating policies. The individual in this role must be able to counsel individual students regarding their rights and responsibilities, serve on the on-call rotation to respond to emergencies, provide guidance in crisis situations, mediate non-roommate student conflicts, and outreach to students with concerns/conflicts.

Minimum Qualifications:                        

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least one year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Residence life or student disciplinary in higher education experience 

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
