The employee performance and success manager is responsible for providing critical human resources support to assigned departments as a resource and strategic partner in decision making. This role is responsible for providing expertise in the areas of employee relations, compensation, administration, performance management, training and development, and other human resources functions.

- Bachelor's degree required
- Five or more years of human resources experience required
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and decision-making ability and be skilled in conflict resolution
- Special knowledge in the following areas: employee relations, organizational development, recruitment, compensation, training and development, and benefits
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, work well independently or collaboratively and have sound decision-making skills
- Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
