As financial aid analyst, you will report directly to the associate director of financial aid and will help ensure Title IV compliance. You will perform all financial aid packaging functions in the Banner financial aid module, determine necessary corrections to ISIR data for reporting accuracy and to codes for transmission to CPS, and will resolve data conflicts and processing issues. You will review special exception reports, use detailed analyses to determine changes in financial aid eligibility, and research FSA regulations (e.g., subsequent ISIRs, legal guardianship, budget increases, Pell LEU, etc.). Among other duties, you will also participate in special events as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • One to two years of professional financial aid experience
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Advanced knowledge of Title IV regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Banner, Application Xtender, CPS, COD, and NSLDS

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
