12 Month Hourly Staff FT
SCAD seeks a graduation auditor to join its team full time in historic Savannah, Georgia.In this position, your primary responsibility will be to complete timely and accurate degree audits for students nearing graduation. Reporting to the assistant registrar, you will monitor student degree compliance, communicate regularly with students on degree requirements, and process students’ requests for course substitutions and changes of major. Among other duties, you will also manage commencement activities such as information verification, ordering, and mailing of diplomas.The successful candidate has an eagle eye for detail and demonstrates spectacular written and verbal communication skills. Experienced in high-volume situations, the candidate has exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, and thrives in team-oriented environments. Excellent customer service skills are essential.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline• Proficiency in Banner, Degree Works, and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
