You will collaborate with students to set wellness goals, track their progress, manage projects and tasks effectively, and foster positive self-images and body acceptance, which are essential for artistic expression and confidence. You will develop routines that integrate physical readiness, mental focus, and emotional resilience to ensure students' peak performance, teaching them injury prevention techniques and pain management strategies to maintain long-term health and performance.
In this position, you will support students in achieving their professional and personal goals, helping them cultivate a sense of purpose and meaning in their artistic journey.
