The candidate should be experienced working with students and faculty of diverse backgrounds and possesses a thorough understanding of user experience design methodology and theories.
Strong project management and graphic/idea visualization skills, a background in contextual research, experience prototyping, and the ability to create compelling user interfaces that generate engaging interactive experiences with the user are also vital.
