The recruitment logistics coordinator will build a strategic recruitment plan in collaboration with the recruitment management team; contact schools and organizations to schedule recruitment presentations; and organize travel for professor workshops, conferences, and college fairs. As the coordinator it will be your responsibility to serve as a liaison between the admission representative and main point of contact at schools to promote relationships on behalf of SCAD. In addition, you will initiate outreach, communicate needs of non-responders, and coordinate the trips and calendars for admission representatives to ensure maximized recruitment activity. Your responsibilities will include accurately managing data in the database, ensuring educator contact information is correct, performing audits of contacts, and researching to add new contacts to priority schools.

In the position of recruitment logistics coordinator, you will plan and organize information sessions, strategically select event locations and venues, promote sessions and school visits, and manage admission representative mail. You will be expected to communicate observations and insights to the recruitment management team, travel to represent the college at information sessions, and identify marketing/communication opportunities to attract the highest quality SCAD students. The coordinator may be asked to participate in LivePerson shifts and special events and meet with prospective students, as well as other duties.

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree

Travel:

  • Less than 10%

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
