As a recruitment logistics manager, you will lead recruitment logistics coordinators in efforts to exceed department goals by tracking past activities, quality visits, and training and mentoring sessions. Across all SCAD locations, you will lead a logistics team as you host daily check-ins and manage planning and sequencing in tandem with department leaders. Also in collaboration with leadership, you will work from a strategic recruitment plan to manage outreach to schools and organizations on behalf of admission. You will request and schedule recruitment presentations to ensure adequate coverage at all scheduled events. Responsibilities include management of the escalation plan for priority visit schools to address the needs of nonresponders as necessary and collaboration with the educator outreach team and other key members to ensure quality visits.

In this role, you will audit recruitment sequencing and travel calendars to maximize recruitment efforts. Among other duties, you will ensure data accuracy through regular audits and by recording all interactions with educators and counselors in the database. You will research new contacts at priority schools and organizations, develop and implement strategies to enhance recruitment travel, and train new employees on Salesforce and interaction protocols. Responsibilities include regularly sharing observations and insights from interactions with key educators and counselors with admission leadership, as well as promoting visits and information sessions by completing and mailing visit posters to confirmed schools.

During the summer and winter, you will take an active role in admission training at both Savannah and Atlanta. Traveling to represent the university at recruitment events is necessary to develop ongoing professional and institutional relationships. In collaboration with the office for career and alumni success, you will engage SCAD alumni and parent ambassadors in recruitment efforts.

The ideal candidate can lead by example and deliver an exceptional experience for educators, prospective students, and their families.
