12 Month Hourly Staff FT

SCAD Savannah seeks a motivated, full-time coordinator for SCADpro, the university's creative research and innovation studio connecting current and future art and design professionals with business leaders to find inventive solutions to real-world challenges.

In this role, you will support SCADpro faculty and staff; workshops and events for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and industry partners; and the vice president for industry relations. You will coordinate the department's calendar and team meetings, manage and maintain SCADpro environments, and improve departmental policies, procedures, and best practices. Among other responsibilities, you will also compile and audit the department's database and information, distributing reports and requests for proposals as needed.

The successful candidate is a self-starter with a results-oriented focus and an assertive personality. The candidate should demonstrate superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as high levels of organization and a keen eye for detail. A commitment to student learning and student experience within an academic environment is essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• Professional experience in a relevant field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce or similar database is highly preferred

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other work days and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
