Duties may vary and other duties may be assigned. 1. Promote the value of global education to students and faculty through the marketing and recruitment of students to SCAD Lacoste and other educational travel programs 2. Coordinate recruitment efforts at all SCAD locations to ensure that students have full opportunity to participate in SCAD study abroad opportunities 3. Serve as liaison to SCAD Atlanta, SCAD Lacoste and SCADNow administrative offices and assist with all elements of student preparation for travel and study 4. Coordinate student application and travel arrangements for study abroad in SCAD Lacoste and excursions 5. Respond to student inquiries and facilitate student application to all travel programs, including completion of all forms and submission of fees 6. Monitor students during travel experiences and assist in resolving any issues that arise for students or participating faculty 7. Keep all executive offices abreast of student enrollment numbers for study abroad programs 8. Assume responsibility for web and social media content related to study abroad and departmental travel program 9. Generate marketing strategies and coordinate publications and publicity with school deans and chairs for upcoming programs 10. Identify the most cost-effective travel opportunities and arrangements for students and faculty 11. Assist with student interest meetings to promote the importance of studying abroad in the context of a global society (during and outside normal business hours) 12. Coordinate logistical arrangements, such as flights, hotels, and excursions for academic and professional travel programs 13. Seek funding sources to strengthen and increase travel scholarships 14. Assist with student and faculty orientation programs prior to travel 15. Facilitate assessment of study abroad programming and service after student completion of program
