As a talent coordinator, you will field and respond to candidate questions to assist them throughout the application process and coordinate the flow of information between candidates and recruiters. You will be responsible for the coordination of interviews – including Zoom or phone calls – travel arrangements, meals, and tours. You will conduct background checks; manage sign-on bonus and I-9 processes; and serve as the main point of contact for all approved temporary, seasonal, or casual labor onboarding.

In this role, you will oversee the creation and distribution of interview itineraries, purchase requisitions, and facilitate candidate reimbursements. Similarly, you will submit invoices, reconcile purchases and expenses, and maintain a budget spreadsheet to track expenses and generate reports. You will also prepare forms to ensure prompt candidate payments and job postings. Additionally, you will gather data for the President's Report.

In this position, you will monitor the human resources (HR) email account— and occasionally the SCAD faculty email account —to distribute communications to recruiters and EPSMs, responding as necessary. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all who call the main HR line and enter the office, managing the front desk, and providing administrative support to the talent team. You will also maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, kitchen, and breakroom.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least two years of administrative experience

Travel Required:  

  •  Less than 10%

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
