In this full-time role, you will work in both field and in-studio productions as an individual contributor and as part of a team. You will coordinate with the executive media team to ensure a consistent creative execution, adhere to a production schedule, and perform scheduled maintenance on all production equipment. You will identify set locations, work with editors through the film's final form, and prepare a strategy for production support materials (e.g., lighting, film stock, shot selection, camera operation, etc.). Among other duties, you will also generate ideas for productions, develop new formats and shooting styles, and understand the story and narrative style of each project to deliver the highest quality product for projects that communicate the university president's brand, intentions, and stories in film.
