Employee performance and success manager

SCAD seeks an experienced employee performance and success manager to provide critical human resources support and serve as a strategic, decision-making partner for assigned departments.

In this full-time role, you will partner with organizations across the university to assist, guide, and inform supervisors, employees, and other stakeholders on matters primarily relating to employee relations, compensation, administration, performance management, training and development, new-hire orientation and other human resource functions.

Faculty recruiter

As a faculty recruiter at SCAD, you will collaborate with HR, academic leadership, and other members of the university’s hiring committee to determine faculty needs. The ideal candidate will find strategic and creative solutions for sourcing and expanding faculty and will determine appropriate venues for advertising open positions.

Staff recruiter

As a staff recruiter at SCAD, you will be responsible for staff selection in departments determined by the senior director of staff recruiting and will collaborate with supervisors to determine where there are needs. The ideal candidate will find strategic and creative solutions for sourcing and expanding staff while developing and maintaining contacts with organizations, agencies, and communities for recruitment purposes.

Talent sourcing specialist

SCAD seeks a talent sourcing specialist to develop a robust talent pipeline of faculty and staff at the university. In this position, you will manage and execute all aspects of sourcing efforts, working closely with the faculty and staff recruitment teams. You will ensure a constant flow of high-quality leads and names into assigned key pipelines and requisitions, create advanced research techniques to find top talent through various mediums (including databases, networking, associations, social media, referrals, Boolean search strings, online and traditional directories, and other innovative sourcing methods), and present potential candidates to recruiters.
